As a result, the operations manager must certify that the organizations operation is per its expectation. In addition to that, the operation manager should look into the necessities and yearning of customers and the employees. It indulges act of witnessing and breaking down the creation arrangement to check on the likelihood that if vital, it is worthwhile and possessing a system for enhancing. A ton of leasing with workmates, is efficient to be done by the operation manager, and moreover, relating with various managements, concocting and directing new workers and in addition exhibiting findings to partner. Rating is done by distributing out questionnaires, or having a social media platform, for instance, Facebook, where people air out their views pertaining how the services are of benefit or not to them.Normally evaluations on Social media platforms are rated out of 5 over 5(5/5);5-Excellent,4-Very good,3-Good,2-Fair,1-Poor. But if the manager decides to give out quest ionnaires to workers, consumers, and other clients, it has to be well structured to fit their understanding. In the forms, they are filled on how they view the performance or the recommended practice to put in place to raise the performance.The data is collected via electronic form if the rating is through social media, it is interpreted and computed, which is later printed in a paper form ready for analysis. If its questionnaires, the forms are analyzed by selected individuals to categorize the forms basing on either the score they rate the company. Thereafter the data is recorded and stored electronically in the computers for easy retrieval. After the results are given out, a meeting is held with the committee, to decide whether the results are positive or negative. If it is not appealing appropriate measures are set to be put in place. More often during disagreements, meetings have to be postponed or a repetition of the ratings have to be done for assurance.Feedbacks of the outco me as a result of rating are summarized into a short description to get the positional view of the work. For instance, for a rating of 5 given the general summation of all data collected represents expectations which are far more exceeded, the 4-represents expectation is exceeded,3-expectations are met,2-does not meet expectations,1-no expectations at all. In most companies, the manager might be interested in the work of a certain employer to ascertain his/her credibility.Not any other person can be chosen to the task, mostly the Human Resource manager(HR) are chosen, as they widely deal with matters and cases pertaining employees. I tend to agree that also, trusted employees can also be regarded the chore, especially those who have stayed in the industry for more years and have no bad reputation.In our day to day operation, we might meet some hurdle in the process. Well, for instance, for salaried employees, will it be right for them to come late in the morning for work? the suitab le answer might be yes or no depending on the situation at hand. Yes, they can come late if perhaps the previous day the time extended on work upon them by management was up to late hours, secondly, if perhaps on their way they unintentionally got accidents or something wrong happened to them or their family, possibly health issues, that is acceptable or if they get permissions from their supervisors.
